Digital Agriculture
Farming is still how most young Tanzanians earn a living. We help them do it smarter, greener and more profitably.
We pair practical agronomy with affordable technology — soil sensors, weather data, mobile record-keeping and market apps — so young farmers can make better decisions, cut losses and sell for a fairer price.
What this includes
- Smart Farm toolkits. Soil and moisture sensors with simple mobile dashboards in Swahili.
- Youth Agribusiness Incubator. Business skills, record-keeping and access to markets and finance.
- Farmer Field Schools. Season-long, hands-on learning on climate-smart techniques.
Climate Action
A changing climate hits young people and farming communities hardest. We help them adapt — and build green livelihoods while they do.
From solar power that reaches off-grid villages to tree nurseries and waste-to-value enterprises, we train young people to deliver the clean solutions their communities need.
What this includes
- Solar for Communities. Youth cooperatives trained to install and maintain solar systems and mini-grids.
- Green Innovation Labs. Clean cooking, recycling and waste-to-value enterprises led by young innovators.
- Land & tree restoration. Community nurseries and tree-planting that restore soil and shade.
Youth Empowerment
Every young person deserves the skills to shape the digital age — not just consume it.
We start early, in and out of school, building digital literacy, curiosity and confidence. From first keystrokes to AI and robotics, we open pathways to further study, work and enterprise.
What this includes
- Digital literacy & coding clubs. Weekly clubs that make technology hands-on and fun.
- STEM & robotics in schools. Kits, curricula and teacher training for partner schools.
- AI & innovation bootcamps. Intensive programmes where young people build real projects.
- Girls in Tech. Mentorship and safe spaces so young women lead in technology.
